IE Toolbar is a useful program which starts
with Windows, stays in tray and lets you change
the look of Internet Explorer and Windows
Explorer Toolbars in time interval you set.
This program will circle a different skins from
the gallery. You can add your skins to the
gallery or delete the one you dislike. There is
a website from where you can download new and
exciting skins.
